Please contact us if you need help booking a room, need to know what to pack or have any questions about the retreat. A liability waiver and info form will also be mailed to you.

We strongly recommend that you begin now to think about what you may want on your vision board if you wish to make one (a pictoral story of what you want in your life or pictures of you when you are happy doing things you love) and collect pictures now. Print photos from your personal collections, clip ideas in magazines and bring them to the retreat. Magazine will be provided, but nothing beats pictures of yourself doing the things you love with those you love.
