Inspiration Soup- Vegetarian Chili & The SECRET INGREDIENT for getting what you want

Vegetarian Chili

Let this chili warm your heart and soul and raise your vibration!

1-2 tbsp Olive Oil

1/3 onion finely chopped

2 cloves garlic finely chopped

1 can beans- red or whatever you like

1 small can diced tomatoes

1 small can plain tomato sauce

½ of 13 oz bag meatless crumbles

2 tsp each coriander and chipotle

1 tsp each paprika and chili powder

1/2 tsp each cumin and turmeric

Heat oil in pot 10-20 seconds. Saute onion in oil 1-2 minutes. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute.

Add frozen crumbles and stir. Cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes and stir. Add the beans and stir. Add the spices and stir. Continue cooking for at least 15-20 minutes.

Enjoy with your favorite cheese or sour cream (non-dairy as well!)
